Given the post on retiring yesterday, I started by saying I want to leave a legacy at work. I want people at work to enjoy their jobs and want to come to work like I used to do when I was there age. I would like them to be challenged and enthusiastic about what they are doing and hope they think it’s such the best place to work that they feel like they’re working for a forward thinking company.

Looking to leave a legacy at work. It would be a gift to be able to retire at 60 and still be somewhat young and fit enough to enjoy all the things I want to do. What good is retirement if you’re not healthy enough. More tomorrow.
