#Deflategate
This is the first post I’ve written on Deflategate since I started this blog. Yesterday it reared it’s ugly head again with the Appeal Court ruling Roger has complete discretion to do as he wills, no matter what. So, if he wanted to ban someone for life, he can, according to the CBA.
There are so many things wrong here it boggles. There is not enough space to encapsulate all of it. So, I’ll just bullet point them:
- Science – too many scientists have proven this can occur through science. Grade school kids have done it. Tire pressure in winter
- ESPN lies – and doesn’t care about it
- No actual evidence of conspiracy – leaps of faith
- Central figures never discuss getting balls under league limit – ever. only 13 psi
- Judge Chin is an idiot – the fact this guy is an appeal court judge scares the crap out of me as an individual. Seen too many stories of judicial misconduct, he’s high on anyone’s list
